The following trainings have been developed between AAPR and various partners to offer industry-specific guidance to the airlines:

Since travelers with disabilities spend money to fly but have identified obstacles when they do, AAPR and the Solutions Marketing Group (SMG) has formed a partnership to support US-based air carriers with meeting the unique requirements of these markets. With many of the needs of mature travelers and those with disabilities being similar, AAPR and SMG assist airlines so they move beyond compliance of the Air Carrier Access Act to proactively serve the these segments.

With our team, not only will air carriers acquire and retain new customers, but they will also impact their bottom-line. And, the research shows that when companies meet the needs of these segments they will become lifelong customers.

With deep expertise in marketing and advocating for passengers with disabilities, we move clients from concept and compliance, to new customers by offering:

  • Strategic Direction: Development and implementation of client’s strategies to travelers.

We examine every client interaction to ensure to maximize the customer experience, provide ease of access and use, and ensure that the practical and physical needs are provided to travelers.

  • Customer Relationship Management: We build programs to establish loyalty, advance the relationship and building a sense of community, participation and affinity.
